SHIPPING AND RETURNS We strongly recommend our customers to choose Fedex as their carrier. All orders are shipped within 4-6 business days and depending on the lead time specified for each product in its description. All packages are insured and in the remote case of damage by the carrier we will ask to receive the computer back before shipping out a new replacement. A 30-Day Money back warranty is offered to all of our customers. A 15% restocking may apply. Return postage must be covered by the customer. If windows was activated by the end user, its costs cannot be refunded since that license belongs to the person who activates it only. All original accessories, manuals and discs must be returned with the computer which must be packaged the same manner as it was delivered. Please contact us for more details. |
